The Richard DeMello Award was presented to David Buchanan at the RCA 103rd Anniversary Annual Awards Banquet in New York City on Friday evening, November 16, 2012. Dave Buchanan's contributions to public safety telecommunications have been numerous and have played an important role in the work NPSTC does to make public safety telecommunications better.
