A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved for the NPSTC Quarterly Committee Meeting at the Holiday Inn® Orlando International Airport Hotel.  The rooms are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.  To make your reservation, please contact the Holiday Inn directly at (407) 851-6400 or (800) 315-2621 and identify yourself as a participant in the National Public Safety Telecommunications Council Meeting.
The hotel is offering the sleeping rooms at the government rate of $90 plus tax per room per night.  Please note that the hotel will only offer this rate to participants who make their reservations by the reservation deadline of Thursday, September 1, 2011.  The hotel will honor the $90 plus tax room rate three days before and three days after the official meeting dates in the event anyone would like to extend their stay.

    Invitational Travel pertains to invited travelers who’s travel expenses have been authorized for reimbursement by the Support Office, such as certain speakers, NPSTC member representatives, etc. If you will be on invitational travel, please complete the following form in addition to the regular registration form:
    Approval is required prior to booking ANY travel.  The deadline for requesting reimbursement is August 15, 2011.
    Receipts
    Maintain your receipts.  After the meeting you will need to submit the signed expense form, all travel receipts and the trip report to:

    To help expedite your reimbursement, fax all receipts and the signed expense form to (303) 649-1844.  The fax will then be submitted as a PDF formatted file.  Make sure you have included your trip report (third tab in the trip file), as your reimbursement will not be completed without this report.
    Ground Transportation
    To and From Airports:  You must submit receipts for shuttles, taxis, or metro/bus fares.  All expenses require a receipt.  To be mindful of resources, please consider using airport shuttles and other low-cost alternatives to taxis whenever possible.  CAR RENTAL IS NOT AUTHORIZED.
