Invitational Travel pertains to invited travelers who's travel expenses have been authorized for reimbursement by the Support Office, such as certain speakers, NPSTC member representatives, etc. If you will be on invitational travel, please complete the following form in addition to the regular registration form:
Approval is required prior to booking ANY travel. The deadline for requesting reimbursement is CLOSED.
Receipts
Maintain your receipts. After the meeting you will need to submit the signed expense form, all travel receipts and the trip report to:

To help expedite your reimbursement, fax all receipts and the signed expense form to (303) 649-1844. The fax will then be submitted as a PDF formatted file. Make sure you have included your trip report (third tab in the trip file), as your reimbursement will not be completed without this report.
Ground Transportation
To and From Airports: You must submit receipts for shuttles, taxis, or metro/bus fares. All expenses require a receipt. To be mindful of resources, please consider using airport shuttles and other low-cost alternatives to taxis whenever possible. CAR RENTAL IS NOT AUTHORIZED.
