The National Public Safety Telecommunications Council (NPSTC) uses a variety of social media networks to communicate with public safety and industry participants.  The NPSTC social media program is designed to increase the organization's level of engagement and information sharing, while allowing two-way communications between NPSTC's management team and those who work and support public safety communications at all levels.  With significant help from Social Catalyst, the organization created a Social Media Strategy document which outlines our program vision.  A copy of the strategy is located in the "Documents" section on this page.
