NPSTC filed, on July 31, 2008, its Reply to the Comments addressing its Petition for Rulemaking regarding the 700 MHz narrowband channels.  A copy of the Reply is attached as is the confirmation.
IMSA IAFC filed Comments, on July 16, 2008, regarding the NPSTC 700 MHz Narrowband Petition.
The FCC grants, on July 14, 2008, the waiver requests of licensees that propose to complete their rebanding prior to July 1, 2009 and have requested waiver dates accordingly.  With regard to licensees that have submitted interim waiver requests, the FCC grants interim relief to each of these licensees, conditioned on the licensee submitting a supplemental waiver request by no later than July 25, 2008 that includes a proposed rebanding timetable.
The Paging Letter approved several months ago was filed, July 14, 2008, in Dockets EB 06-119 and WC 06-63.  As agreed, we held it until after the 700 MHz replies were completed.  We are planning an exparte meeting with the FCC to discuss this issue.  Thanks for everyone's help.
NPSTC submitted reply comments, on July 7, 2008, in response to the Commission’s Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (Second Further Notice) regarding the 700 MHz D Block, the Public/Private Partnership and the Public Safety Broadband Licensee.
NPSTC submitted a letter, on June 30, 2008, urging the Commission to take action to ensure that wireless microphone and other similar audio devices would no longer be certified or marketed in the 700 MHz public safety spectrum.

NPSTC submitted an Ex Parte, on February 12, 2008, to the FCC regarding the Public Safety Spectrum Trust.
NPSTC submitted a Petition for Rulemaking, February 08, 2008, recommending that the Commission amend its rules addressing the band plan and channel assignments for the 700 MHz public safety service.
NPSTC submitted reply comments, on February 7, 2008, addressing the application and waiver request of the County of Los Angeles to use channels that are designated in the broadcast service but are not currently licensed.

NPSTC submitted Comments, on January 31, 2008, addressing the Petition for Rulemaking filed by Vuze, Incorporated (Vuze) regarding certain network management practices by broadband network operators.
